Froedtert ThedaCare is being honored by Newsweek with several workplace culture awards.
Newsweek identified top healthcare workplaces in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group by conducting the largest annual independent workplace-culture research project in the United States.
Through that study, the organization honored Froedtert ThedaCare with six awards: America’s Greatest Workplaces, Greatest Workplace for Culture, Belonging & Community, Greatest Workplaces for Leadership, Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing, Greatest Workplaces by State, and Greatest Workplaces for Women.
Imran Andrabi, MD, FAAFM, the president and CEO of Froedtert ThedaCare, said that the recognition “reflects our organization’s commitment to our talented team members, who dedicate themselves daily to provide the best possible care with our communities, patients and one another.
