Authorities in Manitowoc are asking for the public’s help after a recent dog-biting incident.
Manitowoc Police explain that at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Saturday (August 1st), an individual was bitten by a male German Shepard in the area of South 12th Street and Hamilton Street.
After the dog bit the victim, the dog and its owner left the scene heading west on Hamilton.
The dog’s owner has been described as a white male in his late 30’s, standing approximately 5’ 11”, with short blondish brown hair.
