A local food producer has expanded its footprint.
Sargento Foods has announced its acquisition of La Terra Fina, a California-based producer of premium dips, spreads and quiches.
Founded in 1983, La Terra Fina is based in Union City, California, with approximately 250 employees, all of whom will remain on the Sargento staff.
