One person is dead, and another is injured after a shooting in Madison.
Officers arrived just before 10:00 a.m. Monday to the 1800 block of East Washington Avenue for a weapons violation.
Officers found one person dead and a second person injured from multiple gunshots.
Investigators believe this shooting was targeted, and both people involved know each other.
The incident is under investigation.
