Manitowoc County’s semi-pro baseball teams will converge for the second and final time this season tonight.
This matchup will be held in Two Rivers at Walsh Field as the Manitowoc White Caps invade the home of the Two Rivers Polar Bears.
The Caps, in their inaugural season in the Shoreland League, started slow, but have picked up the pace throughout July, winning three of their last six games.
This bumped their record up to 4-7, good for 5th overall.
The Polar Bears, meanwhile, sit at 1-9, with the only win coming over the White Caps in game two of the season.
The matchup will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Also on the Shoreland League schedule is the Algoma Guins traveling to Ashwaubomay Park in Ashwaubenon to face the Lookouts, while the Casco A’s host the Denmark Devilbears.
Those games will begin at 7:30 p.m.
