There are three governmental meetings on the docket today (July 27th) in the City of Sheboygan.
Up first will be the Public Works Committee meeting at 4:45 p.m. inside Council Chambers.
Their agenda includes discussions on wastewater infrastructure, including a new South Side Interceptor System.
Then, at 5:15 p.m., the Finance and Personnel Committee will take over Council Chambers, where they will give the public time to comment.
They will then discuss two separate summonses and complaints before finishing by taking action on a resolution aiming to provide “transparency for taxpayers regarding State-mandated private school voucher funding.”
Closing out the day will be the Licensing, Hearings, and Public Safety Committee meeting in the third-floor conference room at City Hall at 5:30 p.m.
Their first item on the agenda will be amending an ordinance to increase the time for an application review that may be conducted by the police department for mobile food vendors and transient merchants.
Then, to finish off the evening, they will approve alcohol and tobacco licenses before a “Class B” liquor license presentation.
