There is only one meeting today (July 27th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The City Council will hold its monthly work session at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, where they will hear input from the public.
The only item up for discussion is a review of the Two Rivers Water Fluoridation Program.
The City has fluoridated its water supply since 1952, and the program has not been reviewed since its implementation.
The council will review the current scientific research, public health guidance, operational considerations, associated costs, and information regarding how other communities have approached fluoridation in recent years.
No formal action will be taken, but this discussion may lead to future policy changes.
