A Neenah man is facing charges for his 5th OWI.
A 911 dispatcher told Wisconsin State Patrol last Saturday (July 25th) that a red Chevrolet sedan was traveling northbound on I-41 at varying speeds and was unable to maintain its lane.
Just before 9:00 p.m., a state trooper found the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop at the off-ramp to State Highway 76.
The trooper says 68-year-old Timothy John Arnoldussen was showing signs of impairment and refused to perform a field sobriety test.
The 68-year-old was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a fifth offense.
A blood draw was done at a local hospital, and Arnoldussen was taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
