A Janesville man is facing felony charges after his fifth OWI charge.
He was arrested early on Sunday after a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 51 and Highway 11.
Deputies say 43-year-old Eddie Moffett showed signs of impairment during the stop and was arrested for OWI after a brief investigation.
He was also arrested for a felony probation violation.
He was taken to Rock County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court on July 27th.
