Bond is being set for a man charged in connection with the stabbing of a woman in La Crosse.
The incident happened outside of a home on 16th Street South back in May.
Investigators say that Ivan Canchola-Garcia stabbed the mother of his young daughter and that the victim was holding the child at the time of the attack.
Canchola-Garcia appeared in court Friday where his bond was set at a million dollars on a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
