A man from Two Rivers facing drug charges is still without legal counsel.
66-year-old Randy D. Miller was originally supposed to make his initial appearance this past Monday (July 20th) as he faces charges of Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and one count each of Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
However, during that hearing, it was revealed that Miller is still waiting for a lawyer to be appointed or retained to represent him.
For this reason, the initial appearance was adjourned and rescheduled by Judge Mark Rohrer.
The 66-year-old was arrested earlier this month following a traffic stop where a K9 unit located fentanyl, meth, gem bags, and a digital scale in the passenger side door, where he was seated in the car.
Following this week’s hearing, Miller will return to court on Monday (July 27th) for his adjourned initial appearance.
Until then, he remains in custody on a $300 cash bail.
