Lakeshore CAP has received a pallet jack, making their goal of delivering fresh produce to food pantries even more efficient.
Lakeshore CAP started delivering fresh produce and milk to food pantries across six counties in 2026.
Although they were trying to do a good deed, they lacked the right equipment to transport these heavy pallets, making moving them a safety concern.
Fortunately, a Lakeshore CAP employee, Tera Winnekens, pulled some strings and contacted Associated Solutions about the situation.
Associated Solutions graciously stepped up and donated an electric pallet jack.
With this, the milk and fresh produce are able to be transported easily and efficiently, and Lakeshore CAP is immensely grateful.
