An Omro man charged in a shooting during the Oshkosh Pub Crawl has been bound over for trial.
FOX11 reports that 24-year-old Devon Price pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges including 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety for the April incident.
No trial date was set, but Price will return to court on September 9th.
A criminal complaint says the 24-year-old went to Oshkosh for the unofficial pub crawl.
During the crawl, Price shot a man after getting punched in the face while in a fight with a group of people.
Oshkosh Police say that Price told them “everything ‘went black’ and he does not recall pulling his firearm or shooting.”
The victim was shot in the ankle, and the gun was later found in a storm sewer.
