One person is injured after a car crashed into an unoccupied parked car and a residence in Milwaukee.
The incident happened Monday night near North 8th and West Chambers Street.
Police say the driver fled on foot but was later located and cited.
A 21-year-old passenger was transported to a hospital with non-fatal injuries.
Investigators suspect speed was a factor in the crash.
