Two Manitowoc men have been arrested following two break-ins and assaults.
22-year-old Zackary Wolf and 23-year-old Elijah Medina were both given $40,000 cash bail by Court Commissioner Luke LeFevre yesterday afternoon (July 20th). Both Wolf and Medina have been charged with two counts of Burglary, and one count each of Substantial Battery and Battery.
These charges stem from two incidents which took place over the course of one night.
The two men are accused of breaking into an Airbnb in Manitowoc and physically assaulting a victim inside.
It is alleged that they struck the victim and choked him to the point he lost consciousness.
However, not long after, Wolf and Medina travelled two blocks down the road and gained entry to another home, where they again assaulted an individual inside who, when found by police, was covered in so much dried blood that they could not tell where it had come from.
Additional terms of their bail include no contact with one another or any of the victims.
Wolf and Medina will return to court on Monday (July 27th) for their initial appearances.
