
There are three Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (July 21st).
The Traffic Safety Committee will be in the Sheriff’s Department Building at 10:00 this morning, where they will give the public time to comment.
Then, they will follow up on the shoulder widening on US Highway 10 east of Maertz Road.
Then, at 5:15 p.m., the County Board of Supervisors will hold a training session in the County Board Room.
They will hear from Peter Conrad on parliamentary procedures, Roberts Rules of Order, vocabulary, and the roles and functions of the County Board.
The Board will then hold its regular monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m., where they will give the public time to comment.
Then the Board will look over two resolutions to create a full-time Equivalent Benefit Specialist Position while eliminating the Veteran Services Officer Position, and to create a full-time Death Investigation Coordinator position while eliminating the Assistant Death Investigator position.
