The Oshkosh Police Department is asking for help locating a man they believe is connected to a gun situation last week.
Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Titan Court just before 2:00 a.m. on July 16th after it was learned of a potential gunshot.
The witness reported that an individual had potentially fired the gun into the air, and no injuries were reported.
The investigation has led to 18-year-old Jay’vion Stark of Oshkosh, who has a felony warrant through probation and parole.
He is considered armed and dangerous, so anyone who spots him is asked not to approach, but rather call the police.
