A driver charged in a car crash that killed two Marquette University lacrosse players is due back in court next month.
Peter McColgan appeared before a judge for the first time yesterday since being accused of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle in last September’s deadly crash.
The judge set McColgan’s bond at $10,000 and his next court date is scheduled for August 12th.
His appearance comes a month after the other driver involved in the crash, Amandria Brunner, was found not guilty for the part she played in the collision.
