A local economic group is asking businesses to share their views on Manitowoc County’s business climate.
The 2026 Manitowoc County Employment Survey is open to employers, with responses helping build a clearer picture of local wages, employment trends, and workplace practices.
Progress Lakeshore says the results provide valuable benchmarking data that employers can use to remain competitive while supporting workforce development efforts in the region.
The survey should be completed for each company only by the person most familiar with human resources practices.
Results will be provided in September for those who participated.
Some questions the survey asked include what kind of business is responding, where wage decisions are made, and what the average percent increase in salary was last year.
