Two organizations in Sheboygan are partnering to support children for years to come.
The Above & Beyond Children’s Museum has announced that the Vollrath Company is sponsoring the Play is Healing programming and the ABC’s of Empathy exhibit for the next three years.
The Children’s Museum notes that this commitment was led by two groups at Vollrath: Minds Matter and Vollrath Serves, who are passionate about mental health and emotional wellness.
Jenny Pafford, Vollrath Serves Employee Resource Group Leader, also added, “I wish this had been around when my kids and I were going through the loss of my husband and their dad. I hope this helps other families in ways that I wish my kids could have benefited from.”
Above & Beyond added, “This kind of partnership is exactly what it looks like when a local business shows up for children, for families, and for mental health — not just once, but for the long haul.”
