A key role player in the Green Bay Packers’ linebacker room has signed an extension.
The details of the deal with Isaiah McDuffie were not revealed.
He may not be the one who got all the media attention, but McDuffie has been a solid defender for the Packers since being drafted in the 2th round of the 2021 Draft.
In fact, he is one of only two players in the league to appear in 80-plus games and register 275-plus tackles on defense (286) and 30-plus tackles on special teams (34) since 2021.
Last season, he totaled 47 solo tackles, recorded a sack, and intercepted Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy during the 23-6 win at Lambeau Field last season.
