A New Holstein man was arrested over the weekend for his fifth OWI.
The Fond du Lac County Communication Center received a complaint regarding a vehicle that was traveling north on Highway 151 at 3:30 Saturday afternoon, and a short time later, a Wisconsin State Trooper spotted the vehicle.
They reported seeing an excessive window tint and noted the driver was having difficulty maintaining his lane.
A traffic stop was conducted, during which the Trooper reported seeing signs of impairment.
A field sobriety test was conducted, and 56-year-old Steven E. Jaschob was arrested on a charge of OWI, his fifth such offense.
