Crews will continue work on I-43 this week, with several significant traffic impacts on the docket.
The Highway 23 loop ramps will remain closed throughout the month of July, with the Southbound ramps slated to reopen in early August and the northbound ramp project scheduled to be completed by mid-August.
This week, the contractor will continue rehab work on structures between Highway 28 and County Road V, including the right-of-way fence removal and installation.
The northbound off-ramp to Highway 28 and the southbound on-ramp from Highway 28 will both be closed off to traffic from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, as long as the weather cooperates.
If it were to rain, that closure will be pushed to Thursday.
