A wrong-way driver crashed in Oshkosh, killing her dog in the process.
The Oshkosh Police Department was informed just after 11:30 Wednesday evening of a vehicle driving the wrong way on I-41, but before they could get there, the vehicle had collided with a semi.
The vehicles ended up blocking all three southbound lanes of traffic.
A 60-year-old woman from Reedsburg was behind the wheel, and she was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries, while her pet dog died at the scene.
The 53-year-old male driver of the semi was uninjured.
Southbound I-41 was shut down for several hours for cleanup.
