The City of Sheboygan is inviting residents to learn more about future plans at the marina.
The City will be hosting its next Marina Design Meeting on Tuesday, July 21st at 6:00 p.m. at the Kiwanis Park Shelter.
This meeting will be presented by Edgewater Resources, the group selected by the City to conduct the planning phase of the overhaul project at the marina.
The contract with Edgewater Resources includes architectural design, engineering, and construction administration services for the Harbor Centre Marina and all its associated facilities and is worth $3.29 million.
The meeting is intended to be a public discussion with visitors encouraged to learn about proposed marina design concepts, share their ideas, and help shape the waterfront improvements.
This comes approximately seven months after the last community visioning session regarding large-scale improvements at the marina, and anyone interested in having their voices heard on the matter is encouraged to attend and share their thoughts.
