A new court date is being set for a lawsuit filed by former UW-La Crosse Chancellor Joe Gow against the university.
Gow claims his 2024 termination was a violation of his First Amendment rights.
Gow was fired after it came to light that he and his wife had been creating porn videos and posting them online.
He says that posting the videos was a form of free speech and self-expression.
The trial date had been set for June of this year, but has been pushed back to September of 2027.
