A Green Bay man accused of stalking a teenage girl was back in court for a competency hearing.
54-year-old Dennis Joseph Johnson was in front of Judge Beau Liegeois on Tuesday, where it was determined that he is still not competent to stand trial.
However, it was determined that he is “likely to regain competency,” so another hearing was scheduled for October 9th.
Johnson is facing charges of Stalking a Victim Under 18 Years of Age, Possession of THC and Drug Paraphernalia, and two counts of Exposing a Child to Harmful Material following his arrest in November 2024.
WFRV reports he allegedly left notes for the victim on her vehicle, with some being sexual in nature.
