There is only one meeting on tap for today (July 7th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Plan Commission will be in the 1st Floor Hearing Room in City Hall, where they will hold three public hearings regarding a map amendment request, a rezoning request, and a conditional use permit request.
They will then continue their discussion on the rewriting of the zoning code before reviewing the preliminary plat for Deerbrook Crossing Subdivision No. 1.
Also up for review is the final plat for the Mariner Lux Subdivision, which is being constructed by Tycore Built on the former Mid Cities and Lakeshore Mall properties.
