There are two Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (July 7th), both of which will be held in the Communications and Technology Building.
Up first is the Joint Dispatch Board, which will convene at 9:00 a.m. After getting updates from the IT department on radios, the group will discuss staffing, community outreach events, and some updates to the Joint Dispatch Department’s software.
Then, at 4:30 p.m., the Personnel Committee will meet.
After hearing comments from the public, the group will discuss the proposed reallocation of the Veteran Service Officer position to a Benefit Specialist.
They will also discuss staffing at the coroner’s office, a proposed change to the classification of employees section of the County Code, and the results of an employee survey.
