A Madison Metropolitan School District employee accused of taking a nude photo of a student with disabilities is headed to trial.
Tatianna Jefferson was in court last week where a not guilty plea was scheduled on her behalf, but a new hearing hasn’t been scheduled, according to online court records.
Jefferson, a staff member at Thoreau Elementary, is accused of taking the photo of the second-grader, who has severe autism, and then sharing it with multiple people.
Charges include taking an intimate representation without consent and child neglect.
