Both sides of the Hannah Dugan case are making their case for the former Milwaukee County judge’s sentencing.
Prosecutors and the defense submitted memos to the court seeking their preferred punishment for Dugan, who was convicted by a jury for felony obstruction in December.
The 67-year-old former judge’s defense team is asking for time served.
Prosecutors didn’t outright ask for prison time, but called for a sentence that is “meaningful” and “serious.”
Dugan is scheduled to be sentenced next Wednesday.
