A Cleveland man charged with sexually assaulting his daughter and stepchild will plead in his case.
A plea and sentencing hearing for 36-year-old Joshua Ganzel was scheduled for August 17th last week.
He faces several charges, including two counts of 1st-degree child sexual assault, repeated sexual assault of the same child, incest with a child and stepchild, child sexual exploitation, and soliciting a child for prostitution.
A criminal complaint alleges that Ganzel took nude photos of his daughter when she was sleeping back in 2019.
He also told police that he had his daughter perform sexual acts before asking his stepchild if he would join in.
He remains in the Manitowoc County Jail on a $50,000 cash bail.
