A section of Manitowoc was without power for a while last night due to a falling tree branch.
Manitowoc Public Utilities first reported the outage at 4:20 p.m., and some portions of the city also reported experiencing a flickering of the power, followed by a brief outage.
About two hours later, the majority of customers had their power restored, but there were some smaller outages until around 7:00 p.m.
MPU thanked residents for their patience as they addressed the issue.
