A unique summer camp is being put on by the Historical Society.
This camp, Call of Duty 1862, will be Civil War-themed and open to kids 6 to 12 years old.
It will take place on August 4th and 5th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and allows kids to participate in hands-on demonstrations and activities about the Civil War battle and life on the home front.
Advance registration is required, and if the price is an issue, scholarships will be available.
