
A teen from Sheboygan County in prison for sexually assaulting a child has been convicted of related charges in Ozaukee County.
18-year-old Cole Guttman, who is currently serving a four-year prison term after being found guilty of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, has since been convicted and sentenced after being found guilty of Causing a Child Under 13 to View or Listen to Sexual Activity and Exposing Genitals to a Child in Ozaukee County.
These charges are linked to the incident that landed him in prison, and while he was sentenced to two years in prison, which will be served concurrently with his current prison term.
In Ozaukee County, Guttman was originally facing two counts of First-Degree Child Sexual Assault – Sexual Contact or Intercourse with a Person Under the Age of 13, but after being sentenced in Sheboygan County, those charges were lessened.
Guttman and 17-year-old Spencer Dietrich were accused and found guilty of forcing two young brothers to engage in sexual acts with each other, recording it, and distributing the video to others.
Dietrich is currently serving 18 months in prison after being found guilty of Child Abuse – Intentionally Causing Harm and two counts of Intimidating a Victim with the Use of Force for his role in the incident.
