
The suspect in a deadly Madison bar fight is pleading guilty to a lesser charge.
Rodney Golden was in court yesterday, where he pleaded guilty to second-degree reckless homicide, instead of the intentional homicide he was originally charged with.
Golden was accused of stabbing Myron Dunlap at a bar in Fitchburg in May of last year after a fight that started inside and spilled into the parking lot.
Dunlap ended up at the hospital with stab wounds and later died from his injuries
The 40-year-old Golden is scheduled to be sentenced in September.
