The S.S. Badger will be making overnight sailings again starting tomorrow.
Lake Michigan Carferry, the owners of the iconic 410-foot vessel, announced that the ever-popular overnight passages will run from June 19th through September 7th.
Badger will be departing Ludington, Michigan, at 8:45 p.m. and arriving in Manitowoc at around 11:45 p.m. before pushing off again at 1:30 p.m.
Thom Hawley, the Public Relations Director for the Badger, noted, “Our overnight sailings provide a fantastic value and a chance to experience Lake Michigan under the stars. With each season, we look forward to adding these crossings to our summer schedule to accommodate even more travelers.”
There are also three more shoreline cruises on the calendar.
They are slated for July 18th, August 1st, and August 15th along the Wisconsin shoreline.
Passengers can book their spot by going to SSBadger.com or by calling 1-800-841-4243.
