Ground has officially been broken on a new living facility in Sheboygan.
Wisconsin Lakefront Property Management has partnered with Duquaine Development Inc. for the facility known as Serenity Lake Apartments.
This new residential community aims to expand housing opportunities in Sheboygan County while advancing a “Sheboygan County First” approach that prioritizes local businesses, contractors, suppliers, and skilled trades.
Designed to complement its natural surroundings, Serenity Lake Apartments will feature a one-acre lake, professionally landscaped grounds, and a scenic walking trail that loops throughout the community.
Residents will be able to choose from fourteen distinct floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
The first phase of the development will introduce 120 apartment homes to the Sheboygan market and is expected to be completed in early 2027.
