A much-anticipated racing event was rained out last night.
The Fox River Racing Club has announced that yesterday’s running of the Red, White, & Blue State Championship Series Red Race at Kaukauna’s Wisconsin International Raceway will now be held on June 18th.
The Red Race is night one of three race nights, making up the State Championship Series, which will take place over the summer.
This year’s running of the Red, White, & Blue series marks the 55th installment of the event, which is considered one of the premier motorsports events across the Midwest.
Next Thursday’s race will have $3,500 on the line for the super late models, who will be running a 51-lap main event feature in honor of recently passed NASCAR legend Kyle Busch.
The Blue Race will take place on July 9th, before the checkered flag waves on the series on August 20th.
More information on the 55th annual Red, White, and Blue State Championship Series can be found on the Fox River Racing Club Facebook page.
