Ascend Services Inc. is reminding volunteers to come to help them paint this weekend.
Artists Don Krumpos and Erin LaBonte will be on hand tomorrow (June 13th) as a new mural is put up on the side of the Ascend Services building on Meadow Lane.
The community will get time to paint from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Anyone can show up, grab a brush, and help paint the mural using the provided art supplies.
Executive Director Deanna Genske says beyond beautifying the building, the mural “is designed to foster neighborhood pride and build lasting connections between neighbors.”
A portion of the mural has already been painted.
