A Waukesha County Sheriff’s deputy finds himself on the wrong side of the law, accused of driving drunk with guns in the car.
Daniel Matuszak was pulled over for driving on the wrong side of the road in Pewaukee.
Investigators explained the deputy admitted he had been drinking, and officers found three firearms inside the car.
Matuszak was placed on administrative leave and is due back in court on June 24th.
