Construction around Mishicot High School is affecting parking.
Washington Street in front of the school will be reduced to one lane from the library to the east side of the school’s first parking lot entrance.
While Washington Street will remain open throughout the project, parking will not be permitted on either side of the street within the construction zone.
Construction will continue through mid to late August. Mishicot School staff says they appreciate the patience, flexibility, and extra caution while crews complete the important improvement project.
The School District of Mishicot is using money from a $29 million referendum approved in 2024 to build a new performing arts center.
Funding also went toward redoing the dugouts at the baseball and softball sites.
New press boxes were also built as part of the project.
