At the same time, the Industrial Development Corporation will be in the 1st Floor Hearing Room in City Hall, where they will discuss a request for an extension of the land lease and option to purchase submitted by Olin Winchester LLC for the Ammo Inc. property in the I-43 Industrial Park.
Closing out the day will be the Board of Review, which will be in the Council Chambers at 5:00 p.m.
They will elect a board chair and vice-chair before reviewing the roles and duties of the board members.
The group will also look over the annual assessment report and hear any objections to an assessment filed by a property owner in the 1600 block of New York Avenue.
