A man arrested alongside a woman who swallowed a baggie of drugs while pulled over has been sentenced.
42-year-old Donald J. Loucks was found guilty due to a no contest plea on a charge of Felony Bail Jumping, while a charge of Carrying a Concealed Weapon with a Repeater modifier was dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Jerylin Dietz withheld her sentencing, instead placing Loucks on probation for two years.
A sentence of 90 days in the Manitowoc County Jail under the Huber Law was stayed as well.
Loucks was arrested alongside Briana L Timreck, Jonathan K. McClary, and Jaclyn Leigh Martinez in November of 2024 after Timreck reportedly swallowed a baggie of drugs during a traffic stop.
She was previously convicted on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver.
She was ordered by Judge Mark Rohrer to spend a year and a half in prison, followed by four years on extended supervision.
Martinez was also convicted on the meth possession charge as well as Felony Bail Jumping, and was ordered by Judge Rohrer to spend three years in prison, followed by three years on extended supervision.
McClary, who has been arrested numerous times since this incident, is due for a plea hearing on July 23rd.
