A junior at Valders High School has joined the team at Seehafer News.
Brooklyn Bolle joins the team as an intern, a position she plans to stay in through her senior year.
As for why she wanted to join the team, she said, “I want to go into editing and publishing when I grow up. I think it is a great opportunity to work in an environment like there i am going to be doing writing and such.”
Brooklyn has thrived in her writing at Valders High School, with Stacy Drinkwine-Hauser, one of her English teachers caller her writing ability “definitely at a higher level.”
Brooklyn admits it wasn’t something she achieved on her own.
“I’ve had a lot of great English teachers throughout my childhood,” she explained. “They really inspired me to keep going with my writing. It’s a passion I have. I really enjoy doing it.”
Brooklyn says her biggest goal is to be an author.
Along with being a track athlete, she is involved in the Student Council to keep up to date with the events happening in her community.
