A Northeast Wisconsin medical care provider is inviting the public to its newest health center in Sheboygan.
Prevea Health will be holding a community open house on June 16th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 1703 North Taylor Drive, the location of its newest Sheboygan location.
At the open house, attendees are encouraged to take self-guided tours and speak to physicians to learn more about the services provided at the new location.
These services will include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Behavioral Care, and more.
With the opening of this new location, the previous Prevea Sheboygan Health Center at 1411 North Taylor Drive will close its doors on June 17th, with its services being consolidated to other Prevea care centers in the city.
Dr. Ashok Rai, President and CEO of Prevea Health, spoke on the relocation, noting, “Relocating to this building on the campus of our hospital partner, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, furthers our commitment to providing the Sheboygan community with easy access to essential health care services. This means a more connected healthcare experience for our patients.”
The open house is free to attend, open to all those interested, and no RSVP is required to attend.
