A Kenosha father is pleading not guilty to charges accusing him of killing his three children.
Joshua Kannin was in court yesterday on three counts of neglecting a child, causing death.
He pleaded not guilty and was bound over for trial.
Kannin had his kids on Thanksgiving last year when two of them tried to make dinner on the stove in his apartment, and a fire started.
Investigators noted there were no working smoke detectors in the home, and Kannin mentioned they were removed because they were malfunctioning.
