
A second suspect has been charged in a Green Bay sexual extortion case.
61-year-old Michael Zolper, a landlord in Green Bay, was previously arrested for allegedly soliciting sexual acts from his tenants who were facing eviction.
61-year-old Paul Kumbalek has now also been arrested on three counts of Solicitation of Prostitutes, two counts of Fourth Degree Sexual Assault, and one count of Prostitution – Sexual Gratification.
Kumbalek, who is Zolper’s brother-in-law, is also accused of soliciting sexual acts from Zolper’s tenants while working at his properties, also in exchange for avoiding eviction, money, or paying rent.

The Green Bay Police Department noted that there are 11 properties throughout the city that are connected to Zolper and Kumbalek, and any potential witnesses or victims at these homes are being asked to come forward.
