Another 135 Ridglan Farms dogs are set to leave Blue Mounds.
Big Dog Ranch Rescue says it purchased another group of dogs from the research facility, and roughly half of those animals will be transferred to Florida today.
The Dane County Humane Society noted it will help with the care and placement of the rest of the dogs.
Big Dog Ranch was one of the groups involved in the first big move of 1,500 dogs back in April.
Ridglan Farms agreed to stop selling dogs purposefully bred for biomedical research by the beginning of July.
