Water main flushing will begin in the Village of Mishicot next week.
The village says the week of June 8th through the 12th, crews will open and flush water mains through fire hydrants to reduce and remove any accumulation of rust and iron in their water main distribution system.
The flushing could cause discolored water.
Residents are encouraged to run their tap on cold until the water quality returns to normal, and avoid washing clothes during the operation.
Anyone with questions about next week’s water main flushing can contact the village hall at 920-755-2525.
